Field Trips at WSD
Field trips are an essential part of the Waldorf School of DuPage experience, bringing learning to life through real-world exploration and hands-on connection. From Early Childhood nature walks to overnight trips starting in 3rd grade, students grow through experiences that deepen their understanding and sense of community. The 8th grade trip often includes international travel—recent classes have explored Puerto Rico and Amsterdam. These meaningful journeys rely on parent support through chaperoning, driving, and fundraising, and we’re grateful for the partnership that makes them possible.
