FACTS

The FACTS Family Portal is an essential tool for staying connected to your child’s experience at the Waldorf School of DuPage. Through FACTS, you’ll manage tuition payments, view student progress reports, register for aftercare, and track incidental billing—all in one convenient place. Setting up and actively using your portal ensures you have easy access to important information and helps keep your family’s school records up to date.

 

  • Our district code is TWS-IL.

  • Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login:

    • Go to FACTS Family Portal

    • Select Create New Family Portal Account

    • Enter your email address as provided in your application to the school.

    • Click Create Account

  • To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our Family Portal through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating and accessing the Family Portal Login listed below.

    To access Family Portal:

    • Go to FACTS Family Portal

    • Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided

    • Go to left-side Navigation Menu

    • Click on Apply/Enroll

    • Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment

    You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes this link will remain active for 6 hours.

    Log into Family Portal as instructed above.

    Our Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your child. Note that if your child is enrolling in grades 6-8, you will have the choice between two packets. If your child is enrolling full time, please choose the Waldorf package. If your child is accessing the offerings available to homeschooled students, please choose the homeschool packet. 

    The process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. If you have any questions, please contact our office at admissions@waldorfdupage.org.
