We’re overjoyed to welcome your family into our school. It’s an honor to accompany you and your child through their educational journey.

Your child has been lovingly accepted into our program, and we can’t wait to get to know them and your family better! Now that your spot is secured, we invite you to complete the next steps to finalize enrollment and prepare for your first day. Next Steps

  • Once admitted, families will be invited to fill out the enrollment packet via FACTS. This will include things such as: physicals, immunization or exemption records, proof of eye and dental visits and any medication/health plans. Additionally, if your child is to receive support through Care Group, you must have a neuro-psych evaluation on file in addition to an IEP/504 if applicable.

    There’s also a $400 non-refundable supply fee that covers classroom supplies such as art supplies, books, early childhood snacks and cots, etc.

    This is also when families earning less than $150,000/year will get the opportunity to apply for tuition assistance. New families will get a response to their FIT application between April 1-May 1 for the fall semester.

    All families will have until May 15 to accept or decline the offer of admission for Fall 2025.

  • We encourage families to join us at the start of the year/semester, but we understand that there are circumstances that require a child to start mid-term (moving, transferring schools, illness, etc). If that’s the case, we will work with each family to establish a start date that works for the child and our faculty.

  • Purchase Supplies

    While the school provides some classroom supplies from the supply fee, there are personal supplies that need to be provided.

    Note that we need the child to have all supplies available on their first day of school.

  • We are required to have a birth certificate and a health examination form (including immunizations or religious exemption) on file for all WSD students.

    All health documents must be on file before the 1st day of school.

    Health Examination Form
    – Must include a physical exam and immunization record or religious exemption.
    – Exam must be completed between August 25, 2025 – August 26, 2026.

    – Exam must be completed after October 15, 2025.

    Dental Examination Form
    – Exam must be completed after December 15, 2025.
