We will be raising money to support the Waldorf School of DuPage as it enters into the autumn season and defends our community against the dragons of cold and fear.
We hope that all our school children, families, alumni, and supporters will participate in this fun event.
Schedule of Events:
3:00 PM- Check-in will be from 3:00-3:15 pm
3:15 PM- Opening Ceremony
3:30 PM- Begin 5K Participants will have 60 minutes to complete the route.
4:30 PM- Closing Ceremony
3:00-5:30 PM- Various activities will be available including: Chili Cook-off, make your own medal, story time, games, and more
At the conclusion of the 5k, all participants are welcome to join us for community activities including a chili cook-off, story time, make your own medal craft, and more.
If you are not able to participate locally on October 17th you are welcome to register as a participant and hold your own 5K or 1 mile nature stroll at your favorite location OR you may register your family at no cost and simply raise money for the school (t-shirts not included for this option).
