Spanish Enrichment in Early Childhood

Our Early Childhood Program offers a well-rounded Waldorf curriculum including Spanish enrichment on a daily basis. The oral Spanish language is introduced to young children gradually through songs, rhymes, finger games, stories, puppet plays and movement. Each Early Childhood class has a native Spanish-speaking teacher who brings the authentic richness of this foreign language from the heart of their culture to complement the daily rhythm of our Early Childhood program. Through Spanish enrichment the children are able to strengthen their acquisition of language in general, which serves as a foundation for literacy and broader communication skills needed throughout the academic years and their life-learning journey.
