PARENT-CHILD CLASSES

Parent-Child classes mirror the rhythms and activities of a Waldorf mixed aged pre-school/kindergarten classroom. Parents accompany their children in circle and story time, creating simple crafts, playing games and enjoying physical movement. Outdoor time is a part of each class, as weather permits. Classes meet one time a week for two hours.

Parents have an opportunity to mingle with each other to discover the framework of Waldorf-inspired best practices.

Parents explore the importance of rhythm in the home, early movement on motor organization and speech development, and how to support their child's budding interest in play.
